Our aim is to offer you the highest standard of health services with our specialist physicians with the latest technology, to make you feel comfortable during your treatment.
Our hospitals; Center, Emergency and Traumatology, Oncology, Heart and Children Hospitals in 5 different buildings and all branches of our valued patients serve.
Our working hours are 7/24 for emergency patients and 08.00 – 17.00 for outpatient patients.

Keep your ID card or passport with you when you come to our hospitals. Do not bring your valuables with you.
Do not forget to bring your medication (vitamins, aspirin and herbal), laboratory and imaging results with you. If you have any allergies or chronic disease, please inform your doctor in advance.
When you come to our hospitals, you can send your request to the “Information Desk” or "Department of Health Tourism.”
In our outpatient clinics, we give priority to our pregnant and disabled patients over the age of 65 during the examination.
If you come to our outpatient clinic by appointment, you should arrive at least 30 minutes before the appointment time. Our policlinic secretary will meet and assist you. Report your problems about to your Department of Patient Rights.
If you feel that you are experiencing serious problems about your health when you are finished at the outpatient clinic, go to the Emergency Department of our Hospitals.
For our patients to be hospitalized, please contact our clinic with the documents provided to you with the relevant officer. Our clinical staff will provide you with a suitable place to stay, and if possible, stay in single rooms. Thus, your treatment process will begin
If surgery or other interventional procedures are to be performed, we would like to remind you that all your jewelery items will be removed. If you have valuable objects, entrust them to your companion or a relative you trust.

While leaving our hospitals;
* Your multidisciplinary discharging plan will be made in order to maintain your homecare,

OUR COMPANION POLICY
* The companion must not be present at the time of the visit and medical care.
* The companion helps the patient to the extent that the patient is allowed to care.
* The companion must obey with all the rules of the hospital.
* In terms of the risk of infection, some intensive care units and clinics do not have companion practice.

* In order to remain a companion in our hospitals, a companion card is required. Authorized persons will help you with this.
OUR VISITORS POLICY
In order to be treated in our hospitals, it is important to follow the rules for our inpatients.
* There is no visitors to the intensive care unit and burn unit of the hospital.
* There may be special visit policies created by the departments; this must be complied with.
* Patient visit is limited to 2 people at a time and this is of great importance for the patient's health.
* Patient visits can be made every day at 13.00 - 14.00.
* It is certainly forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside.
* Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to visit the patient.
* It is important to visit the hospital for the health of the patient with clean clothes.
* Alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited in our hospitals.
Which patients should not be visited?
* Patients in intensive care unit
* Patients in burn unit
* Patients with infectious disease
* Patients with no strong immune system (cancer patients, organ transplant patients, steroid treatment patients etc.)
* Patients who have had a doctor's visit (Information is obtained from the doctor at appropriate times for these patients.)
Who is informed about the patient's health?
* If the patient is adult and conscious; to himself / herself or his / her immediate family member is informed.
* If the patient is unconscious; first family member is given.
* If the patient is a child, the parent is informed.
* No information is given to third parties regarding the patient.
Who should not go for a patient visit?
* Children under 12
* Patients with a complaint of fever, cough and expectoration and patients with a known infectious disease
* Patients with any chronic disease
* People at high risk of infection
What are the conditions to be considered during patient visit?
* Please do not insist on a patient visit in special cases, which your doctor does not allow.
* Visit the patient during the visit hours.
* The visit time should be short (preferably no more than 10 minutes)
* There should not be more than two visitors next to each patient and should not be spoken out loud enough to disturb other patients.
* Visitors should not sit on patient beds and should not touch the patient and any place in the hospital environment.
* Wash hands before and after the visit.
* Please note that the interventions that you do for good will harm the patient.
* Do not bring food as a gift to visit.
* The patient should not eat or drink anything at the side of the patient, and the other patients in the same room should not be given any food.
* Books, magazines, newspapers, flowers, cologne and children should not receive any gifts other than harmless toys. During the visit, other patients should not be disturbed, and unnecessary and curious questions should not be asked.
* Patient privacy should be respected.
* During the visit, depressing words and behaviors should be avoided.
* Requests for unnecessary and persistent visits should not be made outside the visit time.
* At the end of the visit, patient rooms should be abandoned without waiting for the warnings of the staffs.
* Remember! The health of your patient is as important for us as it is for you.
